DIGITAL TWINS – Talumis TraverseBoard

Traverse Board is a custom made software tool to create Digital Twin solutions. Digital Twins enable tactical and operational decisions through multiple time horizons. Traverse Board’s calculation core consist of simulation models and strengthened with optimization algorithms brought together by a customizable user-friendly interface. The tool is typically used in high risk and high investment businesses.

Traverse Board can be used to create optimized day-to-day schedules and plans based on current system status. TraversBoard can also be used to analyze investment scenarios. Library construction

Talumis creates custom libraries as an addition to the Flexsim software, allowing our clients to highly customize and analyze their own industry or project specific software

Flexsim® is object oriented and customizable. This allows defining and creating re-usable objects that can be combined into a new branch- or company specific library. If customers use simulation in a specific environment and cannot work satisfactory with the standard simulation package library we can create a library with special functionality for them.

The advantages of a company- or branch-specific library are the following:

1. It will take less time to create models (up to 200 times faster).
2. No simulation specialist is needed to create the models.
3. Automation of model building is possible

Bulk, fluids & gas logistic simulator

FLOWORKS is a complementary module to FlexSim simulation software used to accurately analyze and optimize the logistics of bulk, fluids or gas flows in a network.

FLOWORKS is a radical new approach to combine discrete events and continuous processes to an ‘event driven continuous calculation’. The approach consists of modeling continuous processes as a network of flows.

FLOWORKS is used in supply chain modeling, chemical plants, food production or any other industry involving logistics of bulk, fluids or gas flows
