Technical Simulation Support & Maintenance
A standard license comes with a maintenance contract for the first 12 months after delivery. It is possible to acquire maintenance for a longer period with a discount both on the purchase price and the maintenance costs.
FlexSim technical simulation support
TALUMIS also takes care of the technical simulation support of Flexsim™ via phone and e-mail. Support is also available directly from Flexsim America. This guarantees 18 hours support on workdays. Furthermore there is an Internet user group where users share their experience with other users and can ask questions to the Flexsim development team.
At least twice a year Flexsim releases software upgrades. Furthermore there is the possibility for Flexsim users to attend the annual Flexsimposium in Utah for free (Travel and staying expenses are not included, limited to one person per license). The Flexsimposium consists of a conference, a user-day and special training courses.
